Summary: I like it alot, however I never used a Chromebook before and I wished it came with some sort of instructions. Like I said I really like this Chromebook but I still needed instructions on how to use it and do different things on the book. I know its refurbished but the company could have included some sort of instructions.
Fast chromebook with poor display, keyboard and build.

Summary: The Core i3 processor in this Acer chromebook makes it a great user experience. The notebook is the right size. The screen leaves something to be desired, specially for off-angle viewing. And the build quality is indicative of the price point. The keyboard is pretty abysmal. I would really like a chromebook that doesn't compromise on build quality, specially the keyboard. Add to that a quality ~11" touchscreen display.
Summary: Bought a used one. Not bad, had small dents on the side, but still works like new. Except I thought it would've came in with the original charger and I got a replacement charger instead. I HATE replacement chargers. I bought mine online for my acer laptop and it didn't work. But for this chromebook, for now it seems fine. But for some weird reason, but chromebook battery life keeps going up and down every 4-5 mins. Just got it, should I return it!? or is that normal?
Summary: Overall this is a good laptop/net book for the price. Down side is the Chrome O/S doesn't allow you to as much stuff as you'd like such as use Mircosoft Word or download any Office software or convert file types.
Summary: I purchased the chromebook for my husband. He is enjoying it, but it should have come with an instruction booklet and a list of available websites to purchase additional cords, wireless mouse, or other items that can be used with the chromebook. It also needs a website for customer questions or help.
Summary: Mine came mostly undamaged. The 'S' key requires a harder press. The keyboard feels cheap, and the screen frequently gets black streaks on it from the keyboard when it's closed for longer than a minute. The touchpad is alright, but I mostly had problems with the software. In ChromeOS, the touchpad seems... not smooth. But, when I downloaded a version of Linux Mint onto this laptop, everything was great. I enjoyed my experience.
Summary: I really want to give this five stars and as it stands, it is a good product. Except: after a month of having this Chromebook, it repeatedly shuts down. I have done a complete system reset and power-wash, but it continues to randomly shut down. From what I have read online, this seems to be a reoccurring problem with Acer and this model. I am so disappointed, since I commute daily and I purchased this so I could continue to do work from the bus.
Summary: I had this computer for about 24 hours and it worked great (battery lasts forever). I'm used to Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc. so not using Windows is fine for me. The touchscreen is a great feature. I bought this because my work laptop is going back to work as I changed jobs. So, why did I return it? The screen is just too small for me. I'm getting a 14 inch monitor to see how that stacks up.
