Summary: Just took delivery of an ACER refurb. What a waste of time. The software was not completely loaded. So now I have a choice of returning for completion or return for credit. Either is a waste of my time. ACER customer no service came across as, too bad...
Summary: Like most people, I was very skeptical and leery of purchasing a refurbished computer, but the price was $400 less than if I bought it brand new, it comes with a 1-year limited warranty, 15-day return and refund, and for only $70 more I increased that protection to 2 years and filled in the gaps, so I decided to try it.... and WOW, I'm so glad I did!! This is by far the best computer I've ever purchased and it works like a dream!
Summary: The computer has great color and graphics, but when down loading Acer portal to register it froze continuously, and when trying to download Firefox it froze up several times. I am trying to set it up the way I want it.

Summary: Cursor gets stuck constantly. Now I can't use it at all because the screen has shrunk everything into miniatures! Don't like the constant streaming of videos on the screen. I'm already way ADD and don't need/want encouragement.
Summary: This computer is a piece of junk. After 3 months of very mild use and hundreds of dollars in tech fees, it is still extremely glitchy and turns itself off on its own constantly. Since Acer only expects their product to last 30 days, their return policy lasts just that long. Not a product or company I would be foolish enough to trust again.
