Summary: Great value, but wish I had known there was no CD/DVD drive. I bought this for my son to take to college. He loves it. The touch pad is extremely sensitive, so that takes some time to get used to. He usually plugs in a mouse. Excellent otherwise. Great speed and storage.
Summary: I have it one month now and it is working without any problems. I can understand that some poeple won't like the trackpad, but a wireless mouse can fix that. Laptop starts in less then 5 seconds.
Summary: I am amazed by the value for money this laptop provides. I bought it as a desktop replacement, to do DTP and graphic design work, primarily because it has a full HD screen, an Intel Core i5 fifth generation processor, 8GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive.
Summary: A very nice computer, very good display, solid construction. Would have rated 5 shiners except for two things...the SD card slot has the card sticking out of the touch pad side of the device (A personal preference, I would like to have the slot more to the underneath.
Summary: Nice features for the money, but the stock hard drive really holds it back. Once replaced with a solid state drive, it turns into an amazing machine. Initial tests on the SSD with a clean install of Windows yielded just shy of 8 hours on the battery.
