Summary: A previously posted review, I described a line down the center of screen. This was after 30 days of receipt of product. Acer now has the computer and is fixing / replacing the problem. I am satisfied with the seller. Arrived in excellent condition.
Summary: After being used to a desktop PC it was a little hard to get used to and I also added a seperate mouse to use with it . I also do not care for the new version of Windows but i know that I'm a rare bird for that but I changed it to more like the last version of Windows which I'm very used to .
Summary: I bought the laptop because my old laptop could not drive my 1080p 3D projector. The laptop has a lot of power for the price and in general, I like it. Except for one problem. The touch pad. I find it impossible to use. It is the type that does not have left/right buttons. Instead you press mouse buttons by pressing on the lower corners. I don't know who thought that was a good idea.
Summary: I don't like review laptops till I have used them for at least about a year, ding that mark is about now. pros: -great layout -great performance (runs everything I throw at it) -nice screen -so far rather durable, I like to drop things...a lot... cons: -windows 8, I mean do i really need to say anything more about this -weird hickups while playing games, not sure if it is the switching graphics card or a nic card that can't keep up.
Summary: Another right-click button issue. I sent the product back but in order to get a replacement but I now have to pay the new, $35 increased price. If I had time to research another computer I would definitely not buy this one again.
