Acer tech support attitude was poor and was unable to get it to power up

Summary: This was a Christmas present and was doa. Acer tech support attitude was poor and was unable to get it to power up. It sounded like this was a common occurrence. Very disappointing experience never to be repeated.
Summary: Downside is that it came with a dead pixel almost in the dead center of the screen, so I returned the laptop and got another one, and it also has a dead pixel but near the upper left corner. So I keep the second laptop, shame that both laptops had a bad pixel.
Summary: A previously posted review, I described a line down the center of screen. This was after 30 days of receipt of product. Acer now has the computer and is fixing / replacing the problem. I am satisfied with the seller. Arrived in excellent condition.
Summary: After being used to a desktop PC it was a little hard to get used to and I also added a seperate mouse to use with it . I also do not care for the new version of Windows but i know that I'm a rare bird for that but I changed it to more like the last version of Windows which I'm very used to .
