Best Laptop - I've owned

Summary: This is a fantastic machine. Fast, small, lots of memory, light weight, great resolution and all around handles all my needs. I use it for MS office, Photoshop, AutoCad, even Revit. The best part, is it fits in my shoulder bag and weight almost nothing... Oh and it costs less than 1/2 of an apple equivalent.
Summary: I travel and this is a real laptop, not a net book. Lap tops last me about two years. I had one when they first came out and even put a new drive in it but the key board and then the video card gave out. I use the computer 24 /7 for reasons you do not need to know. So when that one started down hill I bought this one and used carbonite for back up. I will buy another one if this one goes.
Summary: The machine is in working condition but two of the USB ports are physically damaged and therefor unusable. This should not happen with a NEW piece of equipment. I found out from the sender that the machine does not have any warranty, which is also strange for a NEW machine. The sender told me to use the extra warranty which I had purchased (Square Trade). They obviously don't stand behind their product, which is a shame, and I will never order from them again.
Summary: Very good. I am most pleased with the service that I received as much as I am happy to have this machine. They shipped it earlier than the estimated date, just so that I could get it before my flight. That was a big help.
Summary: If you need a powerful yet portable PC this is a good buy. I will tell you honestly it has several drawbacks that won't make it ideal if you are planning to use it for certain purposes: Pros: 1. 5+ hour battery life easily 2. keypad is annoying at first but easy to adjust to 3. mouse pad works well 4. i7 processor speed Cons: 1. Poor graphics card. Video quality low 2. Terrible webcam 3. Plastic Cover is not the most durable.
Summary: I have had this acer 1830T for over a year now and is best computer i owned. small and light for traveling around the world. powerful and fast. I use it for both business and home use. opening many programs at once. at home i stream wirelessly and have it connected to my flat screen to watch TV and movies. its sturdy and seems well built. i liked the fact it came with Windows HomePpremium instead of Starter that would cost another $50 to upgrade to.
Summary: I chose this laptop for its ultra-portable-like specifics and its almost-netbook-like price, as I need a travel companion for working in mobility on Office applications and web developement. After one year of usage I can say that this Acer is amazing! it has enough cpu power to flawlessly run a virtual machine to have a linux server onboard for development of web applications.
Summary: I have to first acknowledge the great customer service by Secondipity. They were fast, answered all my questions, and even credited me a few extra bucks when the listing price dropped two days after I purchased the computer. Out of the box, everything was installed and ran smoothly. I installed an SSD and now this thing runs really fast. I purchased it to do some photoshop work, but I have yet to test it out.

Summary: I've owned & used many desktop & laptop computers since 1992, all of them, when they were leading edge brands IBM, Compaq, Tandy, Gateway, Lenovo, Dell. I stayed away from anything HP, eMachine or Acer, convinced they are garbage department store machines. Last year I decided to try the Acer AO 7022 with the new AMD Graphics capable processor. I needed the small size & light weight.
