Excerpt: Good looking design with scratch proof gorilla glass top. Light weight and sharp screen. There is one very bad feature. The SD cannot insert all the way into the computer. I travel with the laptop frequently, I have to remove the SD before I can insert the laptop into the sleeve. Now I have to buy another laptop replacement because of the inconvenience caused by the SD. Although the laptop is less than 1 year old, the SD contacts are intermittent.
Summary: Nice piece of ultrabook, lighter than a Macbook Air in both price and design, with an effective full 9,5 hours of use with WIFI and 50% dimmed screen with the 2nd battery (nice!). You can fly over europe with a full charge w/o power and get your office work done and watch your favorite movies.
looks great but watch out for major wireless internet trouble and keyboard breakdown.

Summary: It looks and feels like a great computer, but the wireless doesn't work properly and in the third week the keyboard started malfunctioning I love that it's so lightweight and compact, but what good is a laptop with no wiireless and a broken keyboard? Also Acer has the worst customer service.
Excerpt: On 31/12/2013, I ordered this Aspire S7-392-9890 Multi-Touch 13.3" Ultrabook Computer (Crystal White) by Acer from this website, with a reference number 1027604848. However the computer refused to work 18 days ago. I couldn't start the Windows and I was staring at a black screen. It is now for reparation at the ACER service in the Netherlands, they say they need to replace the microphone, the keyboard, etc and I am still waiting for another part that needs to be brought...
Great product but be wary of re-manufactered products & their return policy

Summary: Bought it re-manufactured in late January for school, worked well for about a month or so. the 3rd or 4th row of pixels went out on the top left of the screen, was waiting until the semester was over to warranty it though. Then the battery went out, wouldn't stay on unless it was plugged in with the charger... very upsetting because now it's become a desktop. Went through the warranty claims, wouldn't accept it.
Excerpt: I've been using my new laptop for about 2 weeks now. In general it works well, but I'll note a couple of specific issues: 1) I'm not a big fan of the keyboard. When I tested it in the store it seemed OK, but the flat keys just aren't conducive to accurate touch-typing. It's a shame that virtually every laptop maker has gone with flat chiclet-style keys -- in my opinion, a victory of form over function.
Pros: Lightweight, Long Battery Life, Quality Display, Slim Case Included
