Summary: There are a million reviews of this machine online. Virtually every user said the same thing: touchpad is in the wrong place. But I saw this machine, realized the touchpad was above the keyboard and WHOOPED! It's about time! I don't game, I don't drag and drop, I don't care about the touchpad. It's a laptop with a touch screen... kinda' makes the touchpad obsolete. Other than that, the other major complaint seems to be the power button location.
My daughter likes the laptop, but I LOVED the service

Summary: I recently bought this laptop for my daughter for school. I bought it refurbished, and therefore discounted, through Acer Amazon (Acer Outlet). When the laptop arrived I noticed a couple of dents, which surprised me because usually refurbs are just scuffed - sometimes not even that. In any case, I posted my review of the laptop, which was generally favorable: the laptop worked well, it had a reasonably fast processor for the price, it could fold like a contortionist, and...
This is an awesome computer. The thing I like most about it

Summary: This is an awesome computer. The thing I like most about it, is having the mouse pad behind they keyboard out of my way. The screen can move to just about any position needed. I thought I would hate windows 8, but after poking around in it for a few minutes and getting used to it, and being able to find what I need on it, I ended up really liking the operating system. It is light enough to carry around with no problem. The display is crisp and clear.
Summary: I love my R7-572. The digitizer just enhanced my experience with it so much, throwing in an mSATA SSD for boot. I suppose the touchpad might have been unappealing for most consumers, but I hated how the touchpad had interfered with my operations when I had to use the keyboard. On previous laptops I've owned, I've disabled touchpad every time.
Summary: Great product with a great design, crippled by a less than responsive keyboard space bar, I am constantly having to go back and separate joined words because the space bar didn't recognize a normal keystroke pressure.
