Aspired Me Happy

Puggers, Ciao

  • Excerpt: I'm a bit of a label-snob when it comes to computers, sticking to my big-name, big-price brands. As such, I don't know my Acer from my elbow, and like the Asuses, E-machines and MSIs of this world, the name just kind of reminds me of the unfamilair, slightly sinister brands of German sausage lining the shelves of Aldi. Alpenmark Wienerschnitzel, anyone?
  • Pros: Looks good, does everything I ask of it, one or two nice unexpected touches .
  • Cons: Usual netbook limitations .

  • Summary: . I purchased mine for £179.99 I have the baby blue one. This was the second netbook of the same netbook I ended up exchanging for another, because half of the screen went white and couldnt be fixed so took it back. I think this netbook is extremely delicate, the screen itself is very thin and when you need to adjust it, you have to be careful with incase of damage. It has windows 7 starter so you need to upgrade to experience full benefits of the system.
  • Pros: Easy to use on the move
  • Cons: Delicate

  • Excerpt: Today I was brought a new netbook from a friend of mine, who wanted me to give it some quick tests and generally put some software on it and just generally set it up and prepare it for computing. I've always been in two minds when it comes to netbooks. On one hand i feel they are a very handy to have around.

A great quality laptop

  • Excerpt: This is a great laptop. I needed a small, lightweight laptop to take to school, and the aspire one happy is absolutely perfect. It is one of the smallest and lightest laptops available so far, and it looks great too. After 8 months of carrying the laptop in a bag, sometimes without a case, and after not treating it too carefully, it is still in almost perfect condition, with the paint only slightly chipped on the edges.
  • Pros: great weight, very aesthetically pleasing, long battery life
  • Cons: keys let in dust and dirt, annoying android technology

A excellent value netbook in a lovely colour!

  • Excerpt: I brought a 'hawaii blue' acer aspire one happy netbook from argos 4 weeks ago for £230 and we are really pleased with it. We just wanted a laptop for using the internet and opening emails and this was ideal. The netbook does however have 1GB memory and a 250GB HDD for storing some photos/files which is useful. The netbook is very lightweight but the 10.1" screen is large enough to be clear and easy to read.

Speedy little gadget - Acer Aspire One Happy

MagsO, Ciao
10 January 2011
  • Excerpt: I (like most) have the desktop and laptop at home but was looking for something inbetween my blackberry and laptop to take away with me that was lightweight, reliable and easy to use. I hopefully have found just that in this little thing The science bit...... Basically it's so easy to use. There are 2 operating systems (Android and Windows7).
  • Pros: Light, easy to use and fast
  • Cons: As long as you use it for what it is  -  I don't see any !

netbook acer one happy 2

dinotte, Ciao
25 May 2012
