This is an impressive netbook!
25 April 2014
Summary: This is a great netbook and the specs are impressive for such a small package. The processor speed clocks faster than the N processors and just slightly under the core i3, it is dual core, 64-bit, and can run any operating system you throw at it fairly efficiently. It is lightweight and portable. The viewing angle and resolution are great. The keyboard is comfortable.
Summary: These are a great Netbook with a larger screen and able to upgrade ram to 8 gig. I have 6 of these in family and all function great and excellent WIFI on all. The Pentium versions have a few more features like BT and faster wifi and ive upgraded to 16 gig. The Celeron one is great for the kids and we use one for a multimedia recorder using windows media center and a HDHOMERUN on tv antenna-no more cable bills. All in all cant go wrong with these units.
Summary: PROS: Light weight, thin client, extremely portable, HDMI port (hook up to projector or TV), great battery life for a 4-cell, great screen and viewing angle, video graphics are great, keyboard is very comfortable, decent-sized hard drive for a netbook (320 GB), it is dual core, durable, and can be upgraded to meet future needs (i.e. can run Windows 7 and Windows 8, you can upgrade the RAM, hard drive, etc.).
Summary: I needed something small and easy to carry with me on short trips. This is perfect for those needs. It's light and thin. I got a slim carry case and wireless mouse to go with it and now its like my large laptop but smaller. Great for on the go.
Summary: This is exactly what I was looking for. Small (not too small), light, fast and Windows 8. Now I've upgraded to 8.1 and it really doesn't seem to be much change. The WiDi isn't all it's cracked up to be and it seems that it's mote the Intel technology than the machine so I won't slam anything on that. The lit keyboard is one of the things I was looking for since I was used to Lenovo with a light above the screen that afforded the same ability to work in low light.
Summary: AS LONG AS A LAPTOP IS WORKING CORRECTLY AND DOING WHAT IT'S SUPPOSE TO DO WITHOUT ANY DISCREPANCIES IN IT'S LIFE CYCLE I'LL GIVE IT A TOP RATING. HAVE HAD A FEW LAPTOPS BEFORE THIS ONE. I'VE ADDED A FEW THINGS TO THE TASK BAR TO MAKE WINDOWS 8 A LITTLE BIT LIKE 7. HOWEVER I THINK WINDOWS 8 IS SUPERB. YOU JUST HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO GET AROUND IT. THE LAPTOP ITSELF HAS BEEN WORKING GREAT FOR 6 MONTHS NOW AND THAT SAYS ALOT. FOR THE MONEY..
