Summary: Although the 2GB RAM seems like it should help, this computer is ultimately slow and cumbersome with it's 1.2GHz processor. Running Windows Vista was nearly impossible, especially with all the extra junk put on by the manufacturer (McAfee, etc etc). Switching to low-profile versions on Linux helped a bit with the performance issues, but the Intel display drivers are undersupported and still underdeveloped (for both Linux and Windows), and so video performance was...
