Summary: I was surprised to get such a nice computer for a great price. I have not used Windows 8 before but found no trouble using it on my own. I like the way I can pick it up and transport it to different rooms in the house. It is a smooth working and great computer when I am working here at home. I have another larger laptop and it stays put but not this one as it is easy to move and fits my hands great.
Summary: I bought this acer 4gb netbook and it works perfectly. It's the perfect screen size it's not too small but not big either. It's very lightweight and I like to use this when i'm laying on the couch or in bed instead of the regular size laptop. It's small enough to place inside of kind of large purse or bag. I think this will be excellent for students to use or as a starter laptop. When I use this netbook it does everything that my regular size laptops can do.
Wonderful device, perfect for typing and general internet usage.

Summary: I just received my netbook a couple days ago. So far I am very please with it, and will update if there are any new changes. I will say that after enduring the pre-installed Windows 8 for several hours, I was afraid that this little computer would be slower than I could tolerate. After installing Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate, and the drivers from Acer's site, It is a quick little beast.
Item shipped fast, seems to be a good computer, seller is an asset to eBay!

Summary: Our Dell just suddenly refused to turn on and our son needed a laptop for school. We were in a hurry. We decided to take a chance on a computer from eBay, hoping to be able to afford one with Windows 8. This computer arrived very quickly, packed well, looks good. It seems to be a good computer. It's taking a little getting used to because it's so small, but the size is a real plus! All in all, so far at least, we are very pleased with this computer.
Summary: This is an excellent netbook with Windows 8. For travelling I highly recommend it. You can accomplish anything you want to do with it such as surfing, reading and sending E-mails. Filing and sharing your JPG's. With a netbook you avoid the agravation of dealing with a touch screen and with poor web site reproductions and reduced E-mail windows of Android and other non windows tablets. But if you want to read an E-book the tablet is more appropriate.
Summary: I bought a netbook a couple of years ago which was completely horrible so I was skeptical to buy another one without knowing what I was getting till it came. I fix computers and the last one I bought broke the next day and when I tried to contact the seller, he was rude and wouldn't do anything so I was out the 200$ plus another $200 for fixing it till it finally died and I had to upgrade.
