Excerpt: If you’re a high school or college student, you definitely need a laptop to help complete any task in the study. Now, I want to share my experience on a laptop that suitable for study activity. Actually I buy a new laptop for my little sister who is still studying in a college. She is a college student majors in midwifery, so she must stay at dormitory and went home only once a week. Along with the many tasks that course, she needs a computer to help her study.
Summary: It is very slow, and has limited function. Not really a fault of the company or product, just not what I wanted or needed. I had to buy another product to get speed and functions. As one review said not a bad pc if you have it stolen from your car LOL. It's okay for low level functions like you just use it to email or store pictures but not good for use if you need a pc for work. The price is to high for what you get from it.
Summary: If you're like most and think you'll just drop in an SSD, be aware that Acer wants $20 extra to purchase their installation media. The recovery process they have inside Windows 8 does not create a USB stick/drive capable of creating a bootable install on a fresh drive. And they don't give you the option of creating your own DVD media either, which makes this completely ludicrous.
Acer 11.6" Aspire One Netbook 2GB 320GB | AO725-0687

Summary: Have to admit, the only thing I like about this computer is that "it works". The mouse pad is way to small and if you rub to far to the right The side bar opens. Freezes up a lot compared to my old computers and is very slow to load pages. On the UP side, It does work in a pinch.
Summary: I was surprised to get such a nice computer for a great price. I have not used Windows 8 before but found no trouble using it on my own. I like the way I can pick it up and transport it to different rooms in the house. It is a smooth working and great computer when I am working here at home. I have another larger laptop and it stays put but not this one as it is easy to move and fits my hands great.
Summary: I bought this acer 4gb netbook and it works perfectly. It's the perfect screen size it's not too small but not big either. It's very lightweight and I like to use this when i'm laying on the couch or in bed instead of the regular size laptop. It's small enough to place inside of kind of large purse or bag. I think this will be excellent for students to use or as a starter laptop. When I use this netbook it does everything that my regular size laptops can do.
Stylish, responsive and versatile. Best tool for the mobile excec.

Summary: Great format. A harp screen with enough brightness to be visible in daylight. The keyboard is responsive and the keys well spaced. Love the mouse control, but the best part are the external connections from USD to SD cards to TV cable, etc. I move a lot and I always bring this computer with me. Only 4 stars because it can be too slow at times and... i hate to wait!
