Not quite what I expected

Summary: The size of screen is not exactly what I should have chosen. Aging eyes don't take too well to the tiny print necessary for the screen to hold enough info. This one also has problems with recharging the battery. Don't know if there is something mechanically wrong or if the adapter isn't quite right for it. (It came with the computer) It works well for e-mailing and internet browsing, but can't seem to get it to work for my favorite programs.
Acer Aspire One AO722-0825 Wifi will not connect to the internet

Summary: A little slower than expected. Also, I have had it for three days and have yet to connect via wireless. Went online for a resolution and found that this is a common problem. There is little to no help from Acer..
Summary: I am a computer Tech who was too lazy to rebuild my son's computer. He had asked if he could spend his christmas money and some from his bank account to purchase a computer. I relented and purchased this little gem. He is 12 years old and it is perfect for what he does with it. Decent speed, (after files and boot order were re-arranged). Nice graphics, plays utube videos and music (I-tunes) well. Nice sound etc. Good starter computer for a young person.
Summary: Not the fastest Wi-Fi. Even brand new, it lags behind my much older Toshiba laptop. I thought it would have quicker Wi-Fi. Useful for it's size and as a shared resource between our kids. It seems to not be able to pickup our home network as well as our Apple products (iPhones, iPads). So, not quite useful enough....
Summary: I bought this laptop to help me learning how to play an electrical drum set. The laptop accomplished the primary objective, but just that. I feel some frustration when running applications that required a little bit of processing power, like Guitar Pro or the game Torchlight II, they actually run but not at the level expected.
Summary: I was impressed with this machine and the size of the screen. A very good starter laptop that allows for home office use. The internal cooling system makes it great for long-term use, as it does not heat-up that much.
Summary: I upgraded to 4GB of RAM and still no improvement. It is adequate for surfing the net and that's about all. I have not yet dealt with customer service, so no comment. I love the size and portability, but would not buy it again.. my 3 yr. old Dell Inspiron boots up faster and shuts down faster.
Summary: I got this back in March of this year and it's now August. About three weeks into buying this thing it went kapoot. As I was watching a movie through the HDMI port it started making a strange hiccup sound, then went dead. I'm pretty good with computers so I struggled with it but it took me three days to get it running again. It wouldn't boot up. It kept giving me a message, "No boot drive found".
