Summary: The letters on the keys are wearing off---used 'Wite-Out' from typewriter days to 'fix' but the fix isn't working out so well. Other small problems on a small machine. However lots fewer ads and pop ups than on my regular p.c. so am enjoying that aspect of my Acer.
Summary: I bought this Chromebook in April of last year from Best Buy. So far it's still running like new. If you just want something to browse the internet this is perfect, but without internet it's useless. The only other downside of this is the audio quality.
Summary: I got this to bring to work. It is light and small. I was told at a different store it would not work with my works network connection. They were wrong. It works fine. I can do pretty much anything I need to on i.t
Summary: It's a great little computer! The only things that keep it from being perfect for me is the screen size & no dvd drive. Yes, that's on it's specs, but i didn't realize until i had it that I have occasion to use the dvd more often than I'd thought.
Summary: Good product for its price. I compare it to the Samsung Chromebook and like different things about the two products. Acer may be a tiny bit faster and functions better with several windows open while the Samsung is lighter weight and has a longer battery life.
Summary: It's just going to be my backup if something should happen to my real laptop. I wanted to run Windows 7 on this, but they have locked down the firmware tight. Last time I checked there was no hack to get it working.
Summary: I bought this as a utility notebook to listen to Internet radio, watch you tubes, etc. its lightweight and compact and the chrome os is very quick and lightweight as well. But again I use it for very simple stuff. Still contemplating putting Ubuntu on it.
This is a good computer for vacations and working out of town.

Summary: I am 67 years old and not too good with technology. I bought this computer for it's size and price. After using it for about a month, I like it better than my Windows Vista laptop and my Windows 8 desktop. The only drawback to it is that it has to be online to use it
