Summary: I purchased 2 of these to be used at a desk, no portable use whatsoever. Within a week of each other, both computers developed issues where half of the screen would not display. I contacted Acer support and they said send it in since it is within the warranty period, which I did at a personal cost of $15 per laptop. Support contacted me and said that I damaged the screen on them despite there showing no signs of damage externally.
Summary: Somehow I'm disappointed I did sent an email to the member who sold this to me but never received any answer, I did purch for my wife who's sunday school teacher and want to show some videos to the kids... as normal computer on the left corner you find the start bottom and you can have access to all programs, in this particular laptop didn't specified or no information provide , just said google program etc etc....
Summary: Yes there was problem with the power adoptor. They sent me defective power adoptor. They did not take care of the problem. On the discreption of the product they say 3 month waranty. So far they did not replace the apower adoptor and my Aser siting here useless.
Summary: This computer is okay until you want to watch movies or play facebook games, It freezes every 5 seconds and gets WAY TOO HOT!!! Do NOT buy this, opt for anything else! Very dissatisfied older customer!
Summary: Got this as a present for my boyfriend for christmas, and only a month of having it I had to send it back because the screen wouldn't display correctly. Luckly the customer service rep was really fair about it and gave me a full refund. I would stay away from the chrome books many of them have been having issues.
Summary: First off, I'm a Windows user, and it's my preferred OS. Chrome is a pain in the arse. I live in a rural area, and we have a Wi-Fi hotspot to provide wireless internet. Early on, I liked the computer. But then it began to rebel. For instance it no longer connects to the Wf-Fi at home ('network unavailable', 'network out of range', etc.), but is fine everywhere else. Unfortunately, this computer needs an almost constant Wi-Fi connection in order to be useful at all.

Summary: Very bad choice to buy this netbook. Minimal apps, locked to only Google. Google app store is lousy. They are spending cash like mad on useless robots, but Chromebook support and apps,,, LOUSY. Never again!!!
