Summary: While some folks gave this laptop good ratings, I cannot. It has frozen many times (still does) and at other times has remained on when it should have powered off . I have even had to remove the battery to power it off when nothing else worked!
Summary: When opening up the unit I notice that the center of the screen slightly bends. Over time, this is more than likely going to crack. The keys on the keyboard are secured by a a small piece of plastic in the center only so the keys bend when you don't place your finger directly on top of the key.
Summary: I searched for the best option price/quality for a laptop that i could find, and i found it, the only problem was the battery life, no big deal. So i bought it to replace my pavillion DV6, by the way a piece of junk, the video died completely just after the garanty expired.
Summary: I returned this computer the day after I received it. The keys are a bit high above the actual surface of the keyboard so typing is a bit awkward. Also, the touchpad is the exact same material as the hand resting area on either side, and it is difficult to move your finger because of the friction.

It has a slim body, which for most people is a good thing but with this much power under the hood, its supposed to have either a bigger...
Pros: Has the potential to be a great machine
Cons: Terrible design renders all computing power useless
Summary: I totally disagree with substantial parts of the cnet review. I have 5750G with an i5 (bought 2 weeks ago) and it had the best specifications in the range. I came from a Macbook which is my "benchmark", and I can say that the touchpad on the Acer laptop is poor quality.
Summary: This machine does not dissappoint when it comes to performance, but that's where the good part ends. The RAM started failing at random times after only a couple of months. I have chosen to contact customer support by email to avoid their very high premium rate phone number.
Summary: I bought this product recently, but had problems with starting it. I would have to knock it off and start again, every thing I tried to put it right failed, so I phoned the help line, they told me to remove the battery and it would work first time, which it did, the first time, but after that, same...
