Review Acer Aspire 5741G-334G50Mn Notebook

Notebookcheck
29 November 2010
  • Conclusion: The Acer Aspire 5741G-334G50MN with the Core i3-330M (2.13 GHz) is an office all-rounder with comparably high power. The Core i3-330M is, generally speaking, better than its Core 2 Duo predecessor with a similar or higher clock speed. Particularly multi-core applications profit here.
  • Pros: Touchpad and keyboard, TFT has good brightness, Good performance in various applications, Low exhaust heat, Low power consumption, Finally a pleasant and insensitive interior surface. Has the manufacturer had a change of heart?
  • Cons: Short battery life, TFT does not have a matte finish, Low contrast, The 5714G isn't a a dyed-in-the wool multimedia device. A matte display would have given the 15.6-incher more credibility as an office laptop.
