Summary: Sadly this computer was sent with a missing screw on the bottom, and paper was shoved inside to keep the hard drive in place. The keyboard went completely out after three weeks of having it and soon after the screen back light went out as well.
Summary: Was terrible. Graphics carps keeps crashing, and is obviously on its last leg, though it was advertised as fully functional. Completely crashes and shuts down periodically. Should have been sold for parts. Reliable only in its unreliability.
Summary: The laptop seemed to arrive on time and I unpacked it and turned it on. It did not boot up. after trying multiple times I went into the Bios setup to see what was wrong. There was no hard drive detected. I tried booting it up again and the same thing happened.
Summary: I guess this is a refurbished or used computer. It had all kinds of problems including not connecting to the internet and freezing. I would have to force it off as it would freeze in the shut down mode. I tried tech support and rebooted it.
Summary: This company is not a good company to buy computer...No integrity..No word of honor.I purchased a computer and paid but never respond to my concern for the damage computer. They even told me just erased your comment and we will take care of your computer. But never did, Concern Buyer.

Summary: I was happy with this laptop at first -- it seemed nice, and a good deal. But after three months, the screen started malfunctioning. This happened while the laptop was next to me on my bed: there was no force applied to the laptop of any kind when this happened -- it wasn't even touched.
