Summary: I wanted a windows 7, 17 inch laptop and due to procrastination missed buying an Acer with intel chip. I couldn't find a Windows 7 machine until I came across this deal.
Summary: I use this mostly how you'd expect a college student to use it: web browsing, writing papers, and watching videos, but also record accoustic guitar occasionaly.
Pros: I'm a college kid, and I bought this computer because I've always liked AMD's style in using an APU and crossfiring it with a separate GPU. It runs games fairly well a...
Cons: Don't expect the longest battery life. Mine can last two and a half hours on a good day.
Pros: This combo of processor and graphics was excellent for it's price.
Cons: Power button is located inconveniently and only has to be pressed swiftly to power down... maybe just me but occasionally power down on accident.
Summary: My wife is going back to college and needed a laptop to handle graphic art editing. I figured she would need at least a quad core CPU and a higher end GPU to efficiently...

Pros: I bought this for someone else who needed a desktop replacement and preferred a large screen. It has a pretty good selection of software installed for novice-average u...
Cons: Software installation out of box must have been glitched as it had a "sysprep" tool loop on boot up and undocumented administrator password set. After struggling to fi...

Pros: Graphics card is ok. Will play SkyRim on medium settings. It is a light weight laptop compared to my Republic of Gamers ASUS.
Cons: That Power button is in the worst spot. I read other reviews about this and thought to myself, just do not hit the button. Well I got schooled. Because I am always mov...
Pros: Bought 2 of these for family members, both were up and running in less than 5 minutes. Very nice display, will handle web graphics/videos and facebook games without is...
Cons: Some bloatware but this is expected with any brand name notebook, and there is actually a very small amount compared to other manufacturers.
Summary: I bought this laptop to replace an older but still working Acer Windows XP laptop and I love it! It might say refurbished, but mine looks perfect, not a scratch or mark...
Pros: Large HD screen, large hard drive, lightweight, runs very cool compared to other laptops, nice large keyboard, HDMI output. textured finish inside hides fingerprints w...
Cons: Battery life is good, but could be a bit better and it could use a USB3 port.
