Summary: I bought this in 2005 to lug my laptop and other electronics and stuff. I lugged it around the entire country while working in refineries, and I can honestly say i filled this bag to the rim. treated it pretty harshly the entire time. Not only does the bag look great still, I have just now broken a zipper pull. I Highly recommend this bag to any avid traveler I only wish my pack had a tablet holder like the new version but aside from that, I love it.
Summary: I have been hunting high and low for a laptop to fit my son's Monster laptop. This bag not only fits the ASUS G75VX laptop but has so much room for College books, wireless mouse, etc. Even the backpack found on the ASUS website doesnt fit their own 17.3 laptop. Glad the other reviewers on Amazon confirmed that this laptop fit in this bag, I was at my wits end. The bag is awesome my son loves it and is ready to go to College!

Summary: I was hoping that this bag would be a good replacement for my Swiss computer bag. i had a Targus bag in 2004 which I used for years to travel overseas and I liked very much. This bag's utility is not as good as the Swiss bag or the 2004 Targus. It does not have the hanger for keys, not as many pockets, and will not carry 2 notebooks that I do with my Swiss bag. I am very disappointed with it. I am sending it back or otherwise getting rid of it. Does not meet my need.
Summary: It is larger than i expected. I like the simple look of this bag. Will use it to travel to europe with. Seems to be well made with nice zippers. I just hope it is not too big to fit inside certain airline cabins.
Summary: I needed a backpack for my huge ASUS G75VW computer with a 17.3 inch screen. This backpack, even though it says it's designed for 17 inch notebooks, could easily hold something even larger than my behemoth of a machine. It's got the main laptop compartment with padding (even on the bottom), two more large-size compartments, a compartment that is held together by buckles (presumably for something that doesn't need a lot of protection but that you just want to hold...
Summary: With some design revisions, this could be an outstanding backpack; however, unit will not stand up on it's own as it is front heavy and continuously falls forward when placed on level surface or pulls back on shoulders while being worn. While there are a multitude of storage spaces, they did not meet my business needs in size/location/organization. Poor substitute for Samsonite product which is being replaced due to normal wear and tear. Item was returned.
