Overall quality 10
Good for people under 5'6"

Summary: I have only had this bag for just over a month. I do have a problem with the retractable handle sticking and have submitted to Targus. The only other thing is that the handle isn't quite long enough for someone 5'10" or more.
Pros: it isn't so big that you can overload it.
Cons: when walking and rolling the bag it constantly bum
Summary: I brought this bag for the capacity, and the fact that it was rolling backpack. The cheap zippers that they put on it started to pop open on the first day that I had it. After 2 weeks it wouldn't zip closed anymore. I returned for another one hoping it was a fluke, but the same thing happened. I returned it and bought a different bag.
Pros: rolling backpack
Cons: cheap zippers , shoddy construction (fell apart)
Summary: I bought this for my wife 3 years ago, hoping to use it myself on our trips and she wont let me near it! Holds an amazing amount(up to a weeks worth for her!), withstands all sorts of challenges on buses, trains, boats, and planes. Fits anywhere while maximizing volume (due to its nearly globe-like shape, you math and physics folks...). Wheels, usually a weak link are indestructible, handle and straps about as ergonomic and comfortable as they could be.
Summary: So far, so good. Had it about a month and use it for work, carrying a lap top and printer around and love the ease of being able to pull up the handle and stroll it behind me rather than carrying the weight on my shoulder. Overall a very good bag for the money and has plenty of pockets. Not sure how it will hold up though over a long period of time but time will tell. Very pleased so far.
