I have had this backpack for 3 years. I love it. However, the zippers have failed at the upper corners, all zippers. I went to Logitech's site and tried to open an account so that I could get some help. It demands on the site that you must fill in the home and mobile phone numbers. If you do not have a mobile number or a VOIP home number, the system will refuse to accept your registration. Maybe this is a way to keep complaints by email down? Have others had problems as well with the zippers?
