  • Summary: the 'case' option is nice, but on second thought I would have bought the regular item only and bought a better case separately. this is one time when 'industrial' is a step down in quality. will get the job done, but I would have rather upgraded in retrospect.
  • Pros: sturdy, excellent choice of icons, symbols for industrial/commercial use, plastic is durable. includes power adapter and lots of space for a few small tools, extra ribbons, scissors, zip ties, etc. will do the job. good label options - prints to heatshrink, one button 'flag' option and horizontal...
  • Cons: only one font, plastic case of label printer is somewhat 'clunky'/cheap in feel. Product was obviously on shelf for too long as one ribbon needed 'help' to get started. carrying case is extremely cheap blow molding, clips don't hold carrying case closed, smells. keyboard is alphabetical, not qwerty
