Summary: I love the P-touch line of labelers from Brother, and the TZ tape line looks nice at first till you realize how much label tape you throw away. I would stay away from any TZ labeler.
Pros: Makes labels, Lots of options for label style. color, and durability
Cons: *Wastes an inch or tape per label. But this is true of all TZ tape labels. *Eats batteries. It takes six AAA batteries. Sitting on a shelf powered off, it consumes them in a month. Excerpt: The first time I used the product, I had great results. It produced very nice labels. It was easy to use [even without reading all directions!!] The worst part is that the cartridge it comes with only did 3 labels and I have had to order new cartridges.
Pros: Adequate Capabilities, Attractive Design, Clear Display, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

Pros: Adequate Capabilities, Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Excerpt: I purchased this when B and H ran it on Deal Zone. It was a fantastic value for the price. I would recommend this if you are looking for a good label maker that is easy to carry and works well. It also has a decent feature set.
Pros: Adequate Capabilities, Clear Display, Compact Size, Easy To Use
Excerpt: It works well but it prints with big margins on either side. Maybe there is a setting to be adjusted, but I haven't found it. So now I have to get out scissors to cut the waste and to get the labels to fit on smaller items. I think I would prefer a 'keyboard' layout for typing as well.
Pros: Clear Display, Easy To Use, Long Battery Life
