Summary: The HDMI extender/splitter works great. I have 3 different devices connected to this splitter with no problems, all running in full 1080p. The only one problem i have was this device failed after 9 months. Tripp Lite replaced the unit no questions asked.
Summary: If you are thinking of purchasing this for extenders and your video source and monitors are further than 80 feet, the buy the active extender for the extra juice you will need it. Over all great product, would recommend.
Summary: Can't ask for much more than doing what's advertised. I currently only have two TV's hooked up to it (distributing a satellite feed throughout the office), but it works great. I have had it stop working on me once in the two months I've been using it, but a simple power cycle fixed it. I had previously been using an HDMI over CAT5 extender that required two CAT5 cables. and only connected to one TV.
Summary: I use two of these units on combination with the tripp lite receivers. They run 24/7 and have been working for over a year. Be sure and use good ethernet cable, I can get over 200ft with good cable and about half of that with lesser cable
Summary: We have 4 of these extender / splitters in use to split PC signals, and we find them to be exceptionally sensitive. Despite having certified Cat5e in house cabling, Cat5e / Cat6 patches, and distances that do not exceed 100', we experience random on / off black outs on all systems. Using the built in adjustment does nothing to alleviate the black-outs. I've recently replaced one set (at my expense) of 4 receivers and 1 transmitter with no change in results.
