Summary: Supposed to be plug and play, but did not work after following installation instructions to a 'T'. Called the support number only to get belittled by IT guy who had no solution. He was extremely rude and kept telling me it had to be my set-up because these products have such low failure rates.
Summary: When I called with the history they provided troubleshooting - unpower and disconnect everything then power up in a certain order.....After doing that and even updating firmware, still no go.....Then they said, so sorry out of warranty......
Pros: Works great to switch two computers with one monitor....
Cons: Audio had problems about a year ago. Sent back under warranty, and now audio does not work and it is a couple weeks out of the 3 year warranty....
This one sucks. It drops key characters all the time

Summary: This one sucks. It drops key characters all the time. You have to watch the screen to make sure that your typing gets through, on either port. I stopped using the DVI part entirely because one or the other of the computers (Mac and PC) would lock up periodically. Four thumbs down.
Doesn't fully work in my environment, and doesn't support wireless peripherals

Summary: I've had issues with it displaying content via the DVI connection on a 37" Westinghouse LCD TV I use as my main monitor. I've tried multiple laptops on the switch and the video quality is horrible when running through the DVI connection (when it's fine when I use it with my Alienware tower).
Summary: Pros: Relatively cheap, wired remote Cons: Powered by USB, emulates mouse/keyboard as generic devices, mislabeled USB connectors This switch does not work when only one computer is connected and that computer just powered on from sleep mode.
Awesome, it allows you to hook up 2 PC, Laptops, or a mix of both; to a single monitor, a single keyboard and a single mouse.

Summary: Just in case you need to know what a KVM switch is, it is a device that allows you to hook up 2 PC, Laptops, or a mix of both; to a single monitor, a single keyboard and a single mouse. The installation is easy, and all cables are clearly marked, the device does not need batteries or power adapters.
Summary: Received item on Tuesday and worked on getting video to work all afternoon, but did not have success. I followed all instructions provided, in addition to following advice from the iogear.com support pages for this product: GCS932UB.
Pros: I like the long button lead and the design. The DVI switching works/worked well.
Cons: I've bought 3 of these in the past year or so. One worked for a while and then just died 3 or 4 months later. Another one that's been set up for a couple of months just had the USB fail. Switching monitors still works, but the USB is dead. I've thrown the 3rd in a drawer for emergencies, but I'm ...
Summary: This product will only work if you have a basic keyboard and mouse. The description doesn't tell you that if your using a gaming keyboard, or a keyboard with a USB splitter embedded in it, it will not work (depending on your setup.
