Summary: It simply doesn't work. Not only will it not switch USB devices, it doesn't recognize anything plugged into the USB 2.0 ports. I thought maybe it needed a firmware update, so I tried that. Was prompted that the firmware on the device was more current than the update available. Tried various power up sequences with my two devices. Only good part is their easy return policy, I guve these guys 5 stars for fast shipping, courteous service and an easy return policy.
Summary: Arrived next day in MD on free shipping option. YES. My 2 PC's - An Area 51 running W7 64B with Xfired 6950 GA's on a single DVI connection to the KVM, works fine to 1920x1080. Mouse not touching the KVM. Other PC is running W7 64B with a single 4600 series DVI GA, works fine to 1920x1080 too. No mouse to KVM either. So 2 mice by choice. As device inputs to the KVM, one DVI to the 23 inch LCD DVI and a MS IntPnt wireless USB xcvr connected to the KVM's keyboard port.
Functionally great, physically - no mounting features.

Summary: This device works great with additional features I hadn’t realized it had when I purchased it. It is somewhat unruly with all the cables, and they have not provided any means for mounting. Never-the-less, I luv it! It was also the only one I could find that I could cost justify.
Summary: I waited until after taxes to install this switch and thank God. First I had to restore my system because I lost my desktop configuration. The sound didn't work, the keyboard didn't work then did but then the mouse didn't work. I downloaded the firmware but it wouldn't install. My monitor would randomly blink on and off. No reason for all this. JUST JUNK! Sending it back to preserve my hardware.
Summary: Amazon Verified Purchase ( What's this? ) Absolutely no complaints. This KVM switch was easy to set up and works flawlessly (only takes 2 seconds to switch on average). No degredation of picture quality, no lines, etc. For reference, I'm switching between a Dell M4400 mobile workstation running Windows 7 Pro and a Dell Dimension e510 desktop running XP Pro. Very satisfied (considering all the horror stories using KVM switches with Windows 7).
Summary: Amazon Verified Purchase ( What's this? ) I've used several KVM and this one is terrible. I'm getting picture distortion in the corners of my screen and intermittent horizontal blue lines. The monitor also frequently displays and error message stating the frequency has gone out of range and then goes into sleep mode.
Summary: Amazon Verified Purchase ( What's this? ) This is an amazing little device. I needed a KVM switch to work between a home desktop computer, and my office laptop. I hooked all components up and it works flawlessly without any issues experienced in switching mouse, keyboard, video and sound. This unit is a bit pricy - assumably because of the dual DVI connectors, but it WORKS! A couple caveats to be aware of from my experiences, thus far (1 week): 1.
