Do not mistake this for an IP KVM

  • Summary: You get what you pay for. We purchased this to replace two very old PS2 KVMs. Despite all of its drawbacks, this is still acceptable for our tech bench. The "Adds support for IPv6" firmware upgrade also appears to lessen the blinking.
  • Pros: + It is remotely accessible (Java or Windows application). + 16 port KVM + KVM USB port is useful.
  • Cons: - USB port is not bootable. - Blinks constantly on BIOS and other screens where it does not like the resolution (regardless of what monitor you use). It does not stop blinking after any period of time. - The AutoSync "feature", which I believe is the cause of the aforementioned headache-inducing ...
