Excerpt: This product is ok but have problem with the filter. It let the coffee sediments pass by the side where it touches the wall of jar. I had filter of perfect fit diameter from broken glass french press, so replaced it with that now it works fine. May be the filter will work fine with tea and coarse coffee ground coffee, but not sure. I use regular ground coffee from store. Along with replaced filter and additional paper filter I get clean cup of coffee.
Excerpt: My boss introduced me to this travel coffee press. (Horrible coffee at the office.) I love this press and has already saved me more than the money I spent on it because I have not had to go out for coffee or lattes since I got it. Sturdy design, I've already dropped it a few times and no leaking.
Summary: Bought for my husband for work so he can have filter coffee on the go, he loves it. You do need coarse coffee grinds though because fine ones are tricky to clean out! Buying more for friends at work!
It's brilliant!.....for the first couple of months

Summary: When I first got this, I loved it immediately. But, and it's a big but, the mug started cracking and now is unuseable. Very dissapointed seeing as it is a bodum product. I have other bodum coffee sets in my household that work flawlessly with no problems. But this has annoyed me as I basically paid for an expensive mug that worked for 2/3months.
Summary: I don't think they thought about the practical purpose of this. Once you make your coffee in this thing, you can't add anything eg milk or sugar, how the heck are you supposed to put it in!? Not happy as it was way too expensive for what it basically it. By the way don't put it in your bag, it drips all over the place.
Summary: Wanted something like this to have tea at work, it keeps it hot enough for quite some time and with one push you are done. It takes just a cap, the larger size seemed a little overpriced to me.
Summary: I have now owned three of these Bodum travel press mugs and each has died in the same way - cracks appear in the inner surface, the vacuum seal is compromised, and the cavity fills up with liquid. My first mug lasted nearly 2 years before this happened, the second lasted just 3 months (I complained and was sent a replacement from Amazon) and the third has lasted less than a year.
