Clunky but works okay

Summary: If i weren't so irked by the "low profile keys" and having to go back and delete every double space I see, i would give this 4 eggs. I've been using it for five months and these problems were present from the start. I'll probably give it away when the W starts to stick.
Pros: The keys all work if you press down hard enough, no problems while gaming as far as responsiveness goes.
Cons: "Sleek and low-profile keys" are the last words I would use to describe it. While gaming, i have no problem- but when I'm just typing regularly it's an absolute chore. The space bar is oversensitive and multiple spaces are registered. Otherwise, you have to press down on the keys harder than you ...
Summary: 2 different engines for 2 steelseries product...They should only run 1 engine that detects all of their product and offer the same and latest firmware. Currently have a ticket with them concerning that... I'll see what they have to say.
Pros: Nice features for the price! Macro keys + White light is nice and fit my build OK quality for a low profile membrane KB although this is more of a personal preference.
Cons: As stated by other reviews, light is not even at certain places but I can live with that. Anti-Ghosting is meh... Biggest downside imo is that it requires to run an additional SteelSeries engine. Don't get me wrong, the engine on their website is ok and the features work BUT if you have a steelse...
Cons: -Feels very cheap -Uneven backlight to the point that the M12 key is barely even on -Spacebar is flimsy and VERY noisy. Not like a click sound like mechanical keyboards but a clack clack sound. it's like writing on a type writer. -It's big -Glossy between the keys, gets smudged easily -feels arch...

Summary: Sturdy keyboard, haven't had any major problems with the function of this piece of hardware. However the paint on the keys comes off very easily (less than 6 months) and the keyboard itself is not even compatible with the manufacturer's latest software, SteelSeries Engine 3.
Types great; build quality and anti-ghosting not up to par

Summary: Overall: quite nice for a membrane keyboard, has all the essential functions I'm looking for. Construction may not be up to par. Anti-ghosting disappointing. I've been using this keyboard for around 3 weeks, so I think I have enough of a handle on how I feel about it to write a review.
Summary: The Apex is a decent weighted keyboard but the layout is awkward and takes a little getting used to. Further, what they call an ergonomic wrist rest isn't. They are simply referring to the keyboard edge and when using the WASD keys for gaming it is actually the back of the palm and not the wrist...
Summary: The keyboard itself (I purchased the Apex version) is very good and I have no issues with it.... HOWEVER The software you download to manage the macros and colour schemes on the board has a tendency to not start up properly.
Summary: Great looking keyboard with one major flaw. the "w" key is too far over to the left, making my fingers rub together and making it somewhat awkward to get a comfortable finger position over the WASD keys. Honestly, move it 5mm to the right and it would be perfect.
