Summary: Obviously that is an opinion... but seriously holy $#!t this thing is amazing. I work at a computer store, so I get to use a lot of keyboards. I was skeptical at first, mainly due to the price, but this keyboard will not disappoint. Make sure you have a PS/2 keyboard port and an extra USB port on your computer. It does come with an adapter from PS/2 to USB, but to get the full benefit you really want the PS/2.
Summary: This keyboard is fantastic. I can type faster. It is easier to tell when I bottom out a key, this feels like keyboards used to feel 20 years ago when they were constructed much more precisely. The key resistance and noise level and tactile response are absolutely perfect for me, I do not know what other people would prefer. The keystroke has light resistance to the press, goes down quick, comes up quick, and has a audible and tactile click when it reaches the bottom.
Summary: Excellent Mechanism Keyboard made for professional players or hardcore gamers. Also typing on this keyboard is a pleasure like a breeze. The sound is great and the chassis of the keyboard is heavy enough for a steady state. Highly recommended and I trust steelseries cz they are the inventor of the gamer's mechanism keyboard. Razer is ****.
Summary: I have had this keyboard for almost 3 years now, I use it on average 6-8 hours a day since owning it. Still works perfectly. Letters still show up almost 100%, except for WASD which are fading a bit. This keyboard seems like it will last forever!
Summary: No problems for many months now. Best keyboard I've owned. The reason I got it was the wrist rest. This thing is perfect, sits level and not uncomfortable at all. Would buy one for all my computers if needed.
Summary: I'm into the older version of Unreal Tournament 99 and needed a better keyboard. This keyboard is extremely sturdy. I've had no trouble with it at all. Keys have remained solid with me pounding on them for hours on end. I've had the keyboard for at least six months, probably longer and experienced no flaws, sticky or broken keys. I would highly recommend this keyboard.
Summary: I've had this baby for a few years now, and I can tell you this definitively, it is built like a tank. There is barely any flex at all, and the keys are barely worn even after HEAVY daily use. The only keys which have the letters worn off are the WASD, and control/shift keys, even then I'd say its still 50% after 3 years. The ergonomics of the keyboard are surprising considering how simple it is. Its flat, but it works. Extremely comfortable.
Pros: Durable, Ergonomic (Surprisingly), did I say durable?
Summary: Been using this keyboard for two years now and it has kept up its excellent performance. The keyboard is definitely more sensitive than standard keyboards, but isn't overally sensitive like its red-switch brother. The keyboard is not a LED light show like many of its competitors and comes with an excellent hand rest (removable) that really makes a difference after long periods of usage.
Pros: Mechanical Keyboard, Rigid and well built, High quality cable, 2 USB ports, 1 Mic Jack, 1 Headphone Jack, Gold plated adapter heads (USB,Keyboard), No keylimits, Hand rest, Six function keys that can: Mute, Increase/Decrease Volume, Play/Pause, Fast Forward/Reverse, No Windows Key on the left side of the keyboard
Cons: Space Bar Squeaks, LEDs are too bright, Key Labels start to wear off after usage, Rather bulky and heavy, Smaller backspace key takes time to get use to, A lot wider (due to hand rest) than other keyboards (needs more space)
