Summary: Before buying from SteelSeries notice they do not have a phone number for contact. If anything you buy from them breaks, pitch it in the trash because you can be sure it isn't getting it replaced. I have an open return ticket with them that has been ongoing for three months. THREE MONTHS!!! They acknowledge that I shipped it back and that they owe me a new one and that's about it. Buy from Razer, Logitech, anyone really.
Pros: Great keyboard while it works, good response time, anti-ghosting works like advertised.
Cons: Intermittent power outages after ~9 months. Steelseries tech support has been a complete nightmare to deal with. I can say after owning one and trying to RMA it I will NEVER buy another Steelseries product.
Summary: It's taken me quite a while to type this, as I'm typing it on the G6 V2, and about every 10 letters I have to go back and delete extra letters. It started out just being the "o" key. I'd hit it once, and two "O"s would be put in. Ok, I must be accidentally hitting it twice. Soon it spread to the L, P, and K keys. Ok, maybe I'm developing parkinsons in my right hand. So I have a friend over type on it. Exact same keys are having the exact same problem.
Pros: Works like a regular keyboard should.
Cons: Keys will pop out randomly, started having "double-tap" issues after nearly a year, only got progressively worse. Becomes almost unusable after warranty expires (surprise!) Price- nothing special about it unless you like loud clicking keys. No noticeable difference in input speed between this and a "comes with the PC" store bought dell keyboard.
BROKE AFTER 4 MONTHS AND KEYS FADE AFTER 1 GAMING SESSION. RMA IS TAKING 14 DAYS AND COUNTING AFTER KEYBOARD ARRIVED.

Summary: my keyboard arrived at THE STEELSERIES warehouse on the 9th. 14 days later and still nothing. how many weeks does it take you guys to check and send out my replacement keyboard. this is a JOKE. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. NO ONE DOES ANY WORK AT STEELSERIES and they stop responding on the website. no wonder you dont have a contact number. WARNING DO NOT BUY. WHY YOU BUILD A KEYBOARD WITH KEY PRINTS THAT FADE AFTER 1 GAMING SESSION IS BEYOND RET@RDED.
Summary: Steelseries...once a favorite brand of mine. The *only* product of theirs that I own that has survived longer than a year is my 7G Keyboard. I've had 3 6Gv2s already for work. Slight key-chatter after 3 months became double key-presses on the following keys: H, U, down-arrow, and Esc. I had to help correct errors on the Steelseries website for this keyboard. That should have been the first red flag but hey, they paid me $10 for my fix.
Summary: varför läste jag inte vad det stod i omdömena innan jag köpte den här! :-( för mig är det här tangentbordet i det närmaste helt oanvändbart. precis som det står i andra omdömen så har man flyttat knappar. jag använder 4 olika tangentbord dagligen, att behöva tänka-om varje gång man ska trycka ner shift på höger sida funkar inte. blir irriterade varje gång jag ska skriva en stor bokstav.
