Summary: The cord is somewhat short I feel (about 5ft)... I had to use an extension cord to get it to the computer.
Pros: It was on sale for the price of $7.99 with free shipping. Hard to beat at that price, It types, and it's a keyboard with a few goodies, like a hotkey for the calculator, volume up/down with a mute button. Even at the regular price of $14.99 it feels like it may not be too bad a deal, and may last a couple of years.
Cons: BUT... I'm not sure how long it's going to work. I gave it a gentle twist, and it flexed like crazy. It feels very flimsy and small...
Pros: Good action, handles fast typing with many keys pressed at once. Action starts out a little hard to press but it gets a little easier over the period of a week of use.
Cons: Slightly non-sensical layout of multimedia keys, and a tiny backspace key but a HUGE enter key. Caps-locks etc lights are difficult to see unless standing above the keyboard. The right side of 1 of 3 I've ordered is a tad harder to press than the left side, even after a week of break-in. For the price; it's not big enough of a difference to complain about much, and it's something that's easy to not notice.
Pros: Function buttons are nice & compatible with Windows 8 and require no setup. Hard to describe but the buttons feel soft and generally quiet when pressing them down which I count as a plus. Overall it's a pretty solid keyboard for $10.
Cons: The backspace key is the size of a normal key which takes awhile to get used to. Every time I go to backspace I usually end up hitting the '\' key a few times before realizing it's the wrong key.
Pros: Nothing, it was junk- I thought that the cheapest was not a good idea, and proved myself correct I guess. Newegg RMA was easy- good customer service, but I sent it back more out of principle than for my money back-
Cons: Cheap-- its junk, stuck keys or no "k" or "f" keys, had to RMA at my expense which cost me the same as the board.
Pros: Purchased this keyboard and its stopped working after 5 months. Posted that in my last review and Rosewill replied and gave me instructions to call for replacement. They mailed me a replacement at no cost to me and I did not have to send them my broken keyboard.
