Summary: Took forever to arrive, sat in post office for 4 days, but that was due to weather, so can't complain. The packaging was HORRENDOUS. it was shipped straight off the shelf, the package looked like it went through multiple car wrecks, and was taped to oblivion. I'm surprised the keyboard is unscathed. It actually looks like it wasn't even shipped from NewEgg. So at the moment, I'm satisfied with the product, but we will see.
Pros: Is pretty much exactly what I expected. I bought this for my SO, because she has tiny hands, and was not disappointed. nothing really misleading about the macro keys, except 2 of them are required to be toggled on, but that is non-issue. so far, it works great. If it keeps working like this, I'd change this review to 5-star, reason being that I don't know how long this will last (see other thoughts)
Summary: In hindsight, while gaming by monitor light...i wish i would have raised the extra money for a fully lit gaming keyboard with mechanical keys...but live and learn.
Pros: Metal housing with a nice finish. The small form factor integrating the arrow keys into num pad is great and gives a nice portable feel to the keyboard.
Cons: I dropped an egg more becasue I was expecting a little more from the key press feel. It feels akin to an old commodore 64 keyboard (ok not that bad but the keys are those loose standard ones that kind of wiggle when you type so it sounds loose)
Summary: Small and easy to carry to lan parties, but I'm kinda picky about how "loud" my keyboards are. This is not nearly as loud as mechanical keyboards can be, but I do prefer something more quiet. Overall I like it very much.
Pros: Compact size and great looks. It can be hard to find a good quality keyboard that doesn't take up my hole desk.
Cons: Having to use the mode button for arrow keys vs numpad can be a little odd, but I knew that before I bought it.
Summary: If you need a really great gaming keyboard but space is at a premium, jump on this thing. You won't be sorry.
Pros: I've had a multitude of gaming keyboards but I needed something for a sliding keyboard shelf and still have room for a mouse pad. Compact is an understatement when referring to this board. But small as it is, it actually has the best feeling keys I've played with. The thumb macros are also nice, and I like that it condenses the arrow keys in the num pad. The software that is supposed to come with it is really nice as well. I'm not going to go all into what it can do, ...
Cons: It is supposed to come with a software and driver CD but mine did not come with it. Wouldn't be a big deal but when you download it from the website it is in a .RAR format and is kind of a pain to open. Minus a star for not coming with the proper materials.
Summary: Bought this keyboard as a gift. Apparently it's nicely responsive and feels nice. Downside: The UK layout keyboard displayed on Amazon, which was shipped to the UK, at the request of somebody IN the UK, turned out to be a German layout on arrival. Cannot see any way to choose a layout, so you may want to bear that in mind before purchasing.
Summary: Looks great. Win! No wrist rest. I hate them so for me. Win! Thumb buttons. Win! Great driver software. Win! Great Roccat build quality. Win! Size reduction. I love it, others may not. No comment! Limited macros. I don'd use more than supplied but. No comment! No back light. Would of loved just a low level one. Fail! Roccat customer support is always a Win! Its a Winner!
Summary: This is a great keyboard, the keys are medium height and is nice to type on and is nice and responsive Roccat have done a great job of positioning the keys to make it as small as possible and is probably the best keyboard if you have restricted desk space or go to LAN parties alot, like another reviewer has said the F1 to F12 keys are well balanced, the rest of the keys i think are consistent, i have been gaming on it for a month now and no key has started to give up, so...
Summary: I recently got this keyboard but when I got home the driver installation
would come up with it saying it has a virus even though it doesn't. I got past
this by downloading the driver and it worked.
It is a great keyboard and the macro keys are brilliant.
