Summary: great keyboard, this is actually the second tarantula keyboard I have owned, the only reason for the purchase of a second keyboard is for work use. Definitely one of the best keyboards I have ever owned.
Great Keyboard overall! Does everything you need and is comfortable to use.

Summary: I bought this because the keys on my old keyboard were getting sticky. This is a great keyboard and everything works perfectly. Quick plug and play and very comfortable to use. The best keyboard I've ever used.
Summary: I purchased this keyboard secondhand because I wanted gaming keyboard that would also function as a work keyboard for whatever little odd project I tend to do, but don't have the cash to really invest in one that is new. Well even though this was a used keyboard it still feels like new, the keys are responsive and the keyboard itself has a great feel to it.
Summary: Quite possibly the best gaming keyboard I have ever used, anyone looking for one should look into this. However if your using the razer tarantula on a newer OS (Windows vista or 7) you will need to go on razer's main website and download the latest drivers for it to work, the drivers on the disk are outdated and the macro buttons will not work if you use it.
Summary: Takes a few days to get used to it, but once you do its very nice, the macro keys make good use and like how its got the mic/speaker/usb ports on it. Only thing that would make it better is if all the keys would light up with a switch and not just the hotkeys and profile key.
Excerpt: Razers Tarantula packs in a lot of action into it’s slick frame. Aside from the blue LEDs, there are dual USB ports on the end, alongside a mic/headphone jack. For hardcore gamers, there is anti-ghosting capabilities and also macro keys.
Pros: Powerful macro feature, Interchangeable keys, Multimedia keys, USB ports and headphone / microphone jack, Antighosting capability
Cons: Finish attracts finger prints and scratches easily, Only certain keys light up, No way to disable the illumination of the macro and profile keys or the Razer logo, No Battledock accessories currently available
Summary: Since buying this keyboard about 2 years ago, I have sold it. I bought the G15, which is cheaper and has a nicer quality feel. Still not amazing, but worth about £35ish. I think the Tarantula lacks quality from the feedback of the keys. It's quick and looks quite nice but I expected more from a keyboard of this price. Love the lights. Found the macro keys just took up space.
Summary: First off, the good. As a product its the best in its field. having had many gaming based products for many years this tops them all. The built in audio in/out and 2 USB slot usb hub are a great help and the keys never seem to wear down, i got mine direct from razer when it came out a few years bk now and the only key thats starting to have issues is the space bar. The bad. hope you arent on a budget, becasue this will eat your elcetricity.
Summary: I have had this keyboard for over 2 years it rocks the keys are still in good shape and only the w and d keys are worn ... a Great Keyboard if you are a gamer. PS: don't blame the keyboard for not getting to you ... maybe you should have arranged to have it delivered to you at work in the first place.
Summary: I would love to have reviewed this item but thanks to whoever at amazon decided to use the worlds worst courier(citylink)i never recived the order due to there inflexible delivery policy. Citylink will only deliver to the dispatched address and will not arrange to get it delivered to another address(unless you pay for it) should you have the cheek to actually have a job and thus not be in when they try to deliver it.
