Summary: First off I would like to say that this is a great keyboard as far as they go. This is my first mechanical keyboard and I love it. Others who are more familiar with this type may not agree, but from a newbie's perspective it's a solid buy. I will be brief with my review since I don't know much of the lingo behind mechanical keyboards and their types of switches, but I can highlight some of the pros and cons. For starters, I will say the keyboard is indeed loud.
Summary: I have the older blue LED style version of this keyboard at home and love the feel so much I bought this one to use at work. Obviously has an addicting feel and had to ask myself why I ever got away from mechanical keyboards. However as nice as these keyboards are, both keyboards suffer from some sort of sleep bug where when it comes out of sleep it's like the enter key is held down. Very irritating and forces me to unplug and replug the keyboard.
Summary: If you're not in close quarters with other people who don't like keyboard sounds, these keyboards are amazing. My only mild complaint is getting used to where the Escape key is can take a few days. That, and sometimes you'll accidentally hit the "program macro key" button and mess up a few things. If that happens, just go into your Razer settings and remove that macro set. Those are my only complaints!
Summary: I held off writing this review so I can do a full review on the keyboard itself, I ordered this keyboard (Used, from Amazon Warehouse) on 4/24/13, so far I have no real problems with the keyboard. I really do enjoy typing and gaming on the this keyboard it's nice and sturdy. I've switched over from Arctosa to this keyboard and I can feel the difference. The Cherry MX Blue switches are very smooth, very responsive.
Summary: Keyboard is great the mechanical keys are amazing. But one of the things I bought it for was the backlight and there isnt one. The only thing that is backlight is the razer logo by the space bar and the number lock and caps lock symbol area. Other than that which was kinda disappointing they keyboard has worked wonderfully for the past month I have had it.
Summary: The mechanical keyboard feel is amazing. This keyboard is perfect for those that want a the smallest full size gaming keyboard. My only wish is the the keys where backlit, which is why i will probably end up going for the razer blackwidow stealth edition. plus the silent keys sound better as this keyboard does make noise.
Summary: I got this keyboard for my boyfriend. He loves it! The mechanical keys are very responsive and the small size is great for limited desk space. Would have rated five stars, but when the keyboard arrived, the c, v, b, and n keys were all switched around. Popping the keys off and reorganizing them was easy enough, but it was a bit of a disappointment to have to fix it right away.
