Summary: Over the past year this keyboard has given more issues than I care for. Over time, several keys stop working. The keyboard itself feels of cheap quality. I was expecting more from the Razer name, especially for what I bought it for.
Summary: I LOVED the razer lycosa when i had it i wish i bought more, but after buying this razer arctosa i'm starting to rethink of buying Razer products now... the keys are made from cheap plastic compared to the razer lycosa.
Summary: I have the tarantula by razer at home, bought this for my office desktop. Love my tarantula, of course it cost substantially more. Keys on the arctosa feel flaccid, the black version keys are hard to make out in low light, and the keyboard itself feels light and cheap.
Summary: Wish it would have lasted longer, but any company will have a bad product once in a while. Personally, I'm going to get a mechanical keyboard.
Pros: See last review. Gains 1 egg for how good it was before dying.
Cons: Stopped working just over a week of use. A key was the first thing to stop working well- then enter, and all my keys would randomly stop working, so it would take at least 3 key presses to activate any key. I got a faulty one, I RMA'd it, but I would still recommend the keyboard to other people i...
Summary: Save yourself the money, this thing is incredibly over priced and must cost them almost nothing to make. Basically pure-profit for Razer. Do yourself a favor and purchase a mechanical keyboard like Filco or even Razer who makes one now.
Pros: - Laptop style keys (Low-Profile) - Keys are Blacked out being almost invisible
Cons: Extremely Cheap! This thing weighs next to nothing, I replaced it within 6 months.
Summary: The keyboard isn't bad, but there's one major drawback - it's letters are black, which makes them pretty much invisible given the black background. If you look under certain angle and in certain light you can actually see them, but otherwise you need to be able to play your games without watching...
Summary: Either save some money and go with a basic microsoft or logitech keyboard or spend the same amount and get another brand that will actually last a long time. With Razers you're paying for it to be pretty, not for quality
Pros: Good price, affordable
Cons: Only lasts a couple years. Razer's products are sexy and amazing but their lifespan is significantly shorter than that of much cheaper logitech keyboards.
Summary: I ordered a Razer Arctosa Gaming Keyboard - Black from I Spy I Want and I received a Razer Arctosa Gaming Keyboard - Silver. While I don't mind the aesthetic difference and the keyboard is still what I wanted, I would have preferred the black edition.
