Summary: Battery life is good, price was better. Got it 3..maybe 4 days. Cheaper than Target. Using with Vista 32 bit. Updated software on MS site. You can open messenger, email, music, pictures, documents and more from keyboard.
Pros: This is the second one of these I bought. First one is maybe 2 years old and works fine. Mouse is comfortable and keyboard is just the right size. Nice feel to keys. Range seems good, but I'm not that far away most the time. I would say 10-13 feet is max. Good for gaming. I like being able to con...
Cons: No lights..caps lock, num lock. Not a big deal, shows on monitor if you have on or off.
Summary: I gave this keyboard to client, and I miss it dearly. I bought a Logitech to replace it, and I like the back button on the mouse of the Logitech. Otherwise I would buy this again. I steered away from this one because of the reviews here and a moment of concern over the reliability others have noted.
Pros: Best feeling keys for office use, great mouse. You cannot beat this keyboard for the price.
Summary: Works great, I had one at work which was working great and bought one for home. At work I've only had to replace battery 1 time in over 6 months. I love its simple design. I often use the media keys while at home watching things.
Pros: Wireless, simple non-ergonomic (for me this is a plus, i hate ergonomic ones, they feel awkward)
Summary: Bought this combo to replace an identical one when the keyboard crapped out after 3 years of reliable service. If its like the last one batteries last forever. Don't use the mouse much but it does its job when I do.
Pros: Keyboard works great from my lazyboy about 6 ft from the receiver -- never misses a keystroke. useful buttons on Kbd. Even w/o free shipping Newegg had best pprice.
Summary: I bought this elsewhere, and wish I'd waited. Like a reviewer a few notes back, I just got a Wave, which was half the price with the promos (gotta' love Newegg) and it makes this thing seem like a typewriter - a manual one, at that.
Pros: Good functionality for a desktop application. Good feel to the keys, plenty of shortcut keys (with a function lock). Decent basic wireless combo, and probably worth the price if that's all you're wanting it for.
Cons: Don't expect to use this for anything other than on your desktop. It is most definitely not suitable for a media center, for instance. Range is no better than advertised, and that's with the receiver in line of sight. Mouse feels kind of chincy, especially the wheel. Constant 'cordless mouse sign...
