Summary: This is second such keyboard I purchased, as I used the other so much I wore off the letting. Love the ability to customize the top row of keys..Saves me so much time being able to open a program with one key. Overall a very good value for the money. Range is good. Keys a crisp and easy to push..
Summary: Didn't buy it from newegg but rather microsoft directly for half the price, sorry egg but sometimes your prices can be beat. I was going to the Arc Touch mouse and Arc keyboard but having two usb slots filled for two different receivers seemed a little excessive and this is a great combo for the...
Pros: Very light keyboard. The feel of the keys is superb and very quiet unlike other keyboards I have owned. The mouse has a great balance to it and isn't small so people with larger hands can actually use is.
Cons: People complaining about the range, for those people if they would read what kind of keyboard mouse combo this is, they would realize its a DESKTOP keyboard hence the lack of range.
Summary: don't expect to game with these. They're cheap for a reason. I'm giving it 5 stars because it works perfectly for my application. ymmv
Pros: good little mouse and keyboard. Got this for a little media computer hooked up to the tv. It sits on a coffee table ~8' away. It works well and responds as expected. I was surprised at how long the batteries have lasted. I've had it for about 7 months and have yet to replace them with usage of ab...
Summary: After reading the reviews I was a bit nervous about this product but it had everything I wanted so I bought it anyway. I'm incredibly happy with it so far. I haven't installed the software for it since I don't see the point and usually keyboard/mouse software just causes problems in my experience.
Pros: After trying a few models of wireless keyboards and mice for my media center pc this is by far the best. I use it from the couch around 10 ft from the receiver with no issues. It never misses keystrokes and has no erratic mouse movement or scrolling issues. I use it in a room with multiple comput...
Cons: One of my requirements was a mouse with a clicky wheel which this has. My only minor complaint is it's almost a little too clicky sometimes.
Summary: To all people complaining about range - move your receiver away from your case and other metal shields. I am getting it working at 7+ ft this way, even though it is rated at 1.8 ft. Use fresh batteries too.
Pros: Light, slim and has a good touch. Gets good range if you position your receiver correctly.
Cons: Mouse is heavy with batteries. LED indicators for key modifiers are on the receiver.
