I have a Microsoft wireless laser keyboard 5000 and the problem that I am facing is that the bettry drains out in just 4-5 days. Also as soon as I put a new battery the battery status indicator goes full green and in approx 7-10 seconds turns off. I am quite fed replacing batteries all the time. Could their be a fix or is it a hardware issue? My wireless mouse 5000 v1.0 has no such problem and is still running great with the original battery.
