Microsoft Wireless 800 Keyboard & Mouse
Summary: Slick, attractive, and precision describes this Microsoft combination keyboard and mouse. This product comes with everything you need for easy setup. No need to buy new batteries, they are included in the box. The price is very affordable for a wireless device.
Summary: Great combo product. Instantly was recognized by my computer, no trouble using it at all. Looks nice and sleek. Great price for the quality of this, since Walmart sells a different, generic brand of this combo, which is horrible.
Summary: Well packaged, plugged the receiver into the USB port and it automatically started configuring the keyboard and mouse. Nothing for the user to do but wait a few minutes for this to occur. Then you're up and running.
Summary: Great Keyboard but some issues. The usb transceiver has to be pointed just right, or nothing works. The mouse wheel did not function at all. Had to load the latest driver, now it works. The instructions didn't say anything about that. The function keys are a bit lower than they should be.
Summary: This keyboard is a perfect fit for a woman with small hands as is my wife's. The finger spread is less than most keyboards. The mouse also fits her hands and is so well designed that it does not aggravate her arthritis. Thanks for the design. DJ
Summary: Ordered 2 at the sametime. Good price for them and already new being Microsoft would be OK. Bought one back 7 or 8 years ago and had trouble with the mouse. Called them and then sent a hold new unit. Tom
Summary: Plugged it in straight from the package and it worked great. The mouse needs to be turned off from the button on the bottom when the computer is booting up, otherwise nothing happens, but I figured that out quickly.
Summary: I bought this because of how durable my Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 4000 and Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 have been. I've had them for almost 5 years now. Most other brands only last two or three years for me. I've been using this Desktop 800 set for over 2 years now.
Pros: Quality construction, good warranty
Cons: Mouse goes through batteries every 4-6 months, but that's normal for most wireless mice.
