  • Excerpt: When I first tried to use the keyboard, I could not get it to work. So, I phone B&H and imagine my surprise when a real person answered the phone almost immediately who tried to solve my problem and then gave me Microsoft's number to call it I still couldn't get it to work. Guess what? The batteries that came in the mouse were dead! Great keyboard and very helpful service/sales-people.

very reliable

Anonymous, Newegg

  • Pros: 4 years ago I bought this keyboard and mouse combo and a year later built my own desktop gaming rig. I reused this mouse/keyboard rather than buying new because I was confident it was a good choice. 3 years later (4 years after I bought the combo) the USB dongle has just now died. I think it's really rare for a wireless dongle/keyboard/mouse trio to last 4 years, so I'm really very confident in recommending the purchase of this item.
  • Cons: Can't think of any.

Solid product!

  • Excerpt: This keyboard and mouse were SUPER easy to use with my Mac. Just plug in and go! The batteries never die and the mouse reads on pretty much any surface. This is actually the second time I purchased this combo (I left the previous one with a roommate). I was so satisfied first time around, I went straight for the wireless 3000 edition this time too.
  • Pros: Durable, Easy To Set Up, Highly Compatible

Best input set ive used!

Arthur M., Newegg
25 January 2010
  • Pros: Where to start? I'm a very heavy computer user, on average i spend about 5 or 6 hours per day on my computer. Of all the keyboards and mice ive used over the years, this set stands out from the rest. the subtle shape of the keyboard, the sufficiently sized yet not obnoxiously large wrist rest, the tactile feel of the keys, everything about the keyboard adds up to a flawless victory.
  • Cons: I have only two problems with this mouse and keyboard set. One, the F1 to F12 keys have the labels in tiny little blue lettering directly above the keys themselves. The second concerns the mouse, where the scroll wheel has no clicking action or resistance at all. Will this isn't a big problem when it comes to regular usage, during game play when using the scroll wheel, it becomes very difficult to use accurately.

Comfortable keyboard

Technology teacher, Officemax
4 January 2010
  • Excerpt: We needed keyboards and mice that we could pass around the classroom. This has worked great from 20 feet away. The students adapted quickly to it. The mouse works on almost any surface such as a paper, book, knee, or folder. Storing the usb under the mouse saves on batteries and misplacement. Great product.
