Summary: I would not recommend this keyboard to anyone unless the manufacturer corrected the problem with the coating/paint wearing off. The white keys stick out like a sore thumb and makes this keyboard look extremely ugly.
Pros: Blue backlighting looks cool. USB ports on both sides. 10 extra keys and 2 dials might be useful to some people.
Cons: Constant maintenance with compressed air so you don't see all the junk that may fall between your keys. After several months of owning this keyboard, the paint on the keys I use for forward/backward motion in games is missing, exposing the bare white key that is illuminated by the backlight. Also...
Summary: This is personal opinion. But, I didn't like the shape of the keyboard. My wrists hung off the wrist pad. It would be a great everyday keyboard. I rated it like I would a gaming keyboard, because Microsoft says this is a "gaming" keyboard.
Pros: It was cheap. Well, a little. The black finish looks great. Very easy to type on. It ends right there.
Cons: First of all, you CANNOT turn off the back light. The LED's last 100,000 hours, but that doesn't matter since you can barely see them anyways. This thing picks up ridiculous amounts of dust very quickly. The knobs are really weird. The macro program sucks because you're so limited to the amount o...
Summary: I have had this keyboard for approximately 6-8 months and I just have to say that I am dissappointed in the quality of this keyboard. I have had other Microsoft keyboards that are not supposed to be gaming keyboards that have lasted me longer than this one did.
Pros: Keys work nicely and I liked the blue backlighting.
Cons: The software apparently corrupted my favorite game forcing client crashes to desktop with 4 different microsoft keyboards(Reclusa, Comfort Curve 2000, Digital Media Pro and Natural Elite) I have been using the Digital Media Pro on that computer for over 2 years and through about 3 rebuilds. I am ...
Summary: I really like this keyb. It is absolutely fancy, mmatch my PC coolors and add a soome style to my desk. Hoow dooes it works? Not that goood IMO. Great when gaming, but so far horrible typing a docuument.
Summary: This keyboard was purchased as a Gaming Keyboard, mainly to work with World of Warcraft. For that function it was a complete failure. Every "special" key that was pressed immediately minimised the full-screen WoW display, returning me to the Windows screen.
