Painful to use

dakwa, B&H Photo
13 January 2016
  • Excerpt: This is a very uncomfortable keyboard to use, and in fact causes a lot of wrist pain when using it. The over exaggerated curves means that your hands have to be in very awkward positions, which causes stress when using for any moderate of long periods of time.

Scroll wheel erratic after 6 months

Jmurray, MicrosoftStore
11 January 2016
  • Summary: Bought this mouse about 6 months ago, was fine for a while but now the rubber on the scroll wheel is separating from the plastic wheel so scrolling is erratic. I'm not hard on it, it's just been sitting on my desk used for an hour or two every day.

Essa, MicrosoftStore
8 January 2016
  • Summary: I purchased this mouse back at the beginning of the fall term for college. This was back in August. It is now the end of December and it no longer works. I have been struggling with it since November and now I'm back to using an old mouse I purchased back in 2008 that still works after all this...

Hard middle botton and double click problem

grablev, MicrosoftStore
6 January 2016
  • Summary: Because of the too short stroke of the left and right buttons I'm experiencing sometimes false double click. Also, I've never faced with such hard middle click button. The scroll wheel is free (no fixed positions) and act different for different programs.

beajay, MicrosoftStore
15 December 2015
  • Summary: I got this as a replacement for a model 3500 I had had for over a year. This mouse has an on/off switch and I turn it off when not in use, so that switch gets some use. This apparently isn't built to be turned off and on a lot because after just a few weeks on the second on the switch seems to go...

Not Good. Named It "Ker-Plunck"

QuickTypist , Office Depot
3 August 2015
  • Summary: It has VERY STIFF touch! OMGoodness, it's awful for fast typists who need keys to quickly yield. Thankfully, I'm giving it to my husband who doesn't mind pounding the keys to type.

No Manual Available

kallie , Office Depot
23 March 2015
  • Summary: I just got thie keyoard, it came with no manual. I have tried to find one online, but all I get are the iformation on the little pamphlet about the use of batteries, in 20 different languages. It seems to be a nice keyboard but the lack of a manual makes it unusable.
