Summary: If you have the Saitek Eclipse and bought this one you can interchange the keys to have a two toned keyboard that looks awesome!
Pros: I owned the older original Saitek Eclipse keyboard for 5yrs and it has never failed me, after all that time I had about 10 key letters that were out and I needed a new one, since MadCatz bought out Saitek and made the Cyborg which looked to be identical to the Eclipse I decided to give it a try. ...
Cons: Not really a con but I wish the made a wireless version that took batteries to light up the keys. I would take wireless over wired even if I needed to replace the batteries every now and then
Summary: Great keyboard all in all, I would buy another if it weren't for my DeathAdder 2013 purchase. I am pleased with the mouse and I am now looking at trying the DeathStalker keyboard.. "Green is the theme!" lol
Pros: The RED LED lighting is spot on, not too bright, not too dim either though. This keyboard has been great for me, I have owned it for a little over two years now. There have been no issues of keys beginning to break down and not work, it is a solid built keyboard.
Cons: I have five keys which are losing their coating. My ALT Key for example, you can't see "ALT" on it because the letters completely rubbed off. The other four keys are showing the same signs of the layers tearing off. BUT! This is with two years of MAD HOURS (for the MAD CATZ) of online gaming.
Summary: I would buy again in hopes it hasn't changed except from Saitek to Mad Catz manufacturing Company. Still can do the job I expected even after I fixed the shift key. Newegg ROCKS and CYBORG does too!
Pros: I have had my CYBORG keyboard for several years. I bought it at another store before I knew about Newegg. It has been working perfectly for years. It has been thru the mill and I have worn thru the black keys on games. 2 weeks ago I broke the left shift Key. I thought I needed a new Keyboard. I to...
Cons: Have not found any that hampers my using this Keyboard.
Summary: More to come, I will fill in more as I find out how it preforms after some more heavy use.
Pros: Same design as the seitek cyborg and appears to be nearly identical.
Cons: The surface of the keys are different, the old keyboard had a slight texture to the keys. Also, the feel of the keys when depressed is not the same. More click to the old board. This is my 3rd generation of this keyboard. I am not sold on MADCATZ version yet.
