Video Logitech Solar Keyboard Folio for the iPad
27 February 2013
Excerpt: I’ve tried a bunch of keyboard cases for the iPad and have always struggled to get past two things. One, always having to remember to keep the keyboard charged. And two, remembering to turn the keyboard on.
Conclusion: If you need a decent folio-style case and are planning to use the iPad as your sole computer for extended periods away from power sources, or just hate the idea of remembering to pack an extra cable, or just feel silly re-charging a case , this is by far the best (but perhaps also the most pricey)...
Pros: Never needs batteries ever, great key travel and feel, Good quality materials and smart on/off detection.
Cons: Solar cells face away from light during most usage scenarios, case not rigid, pricey.
Conclusion: Although the Solar Keyboard Folio has a high quality feel to it, we think it's perhaps a little too pricey for what you get for your money. The keyboard feels fantastic to type with, but it won't offer the same tablet typing experience as found with rival Android tablets like the Asus Transformer...
Pros: Great quality keyboard with good travel and typing experience.
Cons: Fixed viewing angle is not ideal when not on flat surface., No magnetic closing lock means it can pop open by itself.
Pros: Smarte taster, solcelle-lading
Cons: Relativt høy pris, høy vekt, dårlig byggkvalitet, simpel fremtoning
