Summary: I would have given it 5 eggs if the mouse wheel had any drag to it. It just free spins so trying to do any fine tuning using it is almost impossible, at least it is for myself. Every mouse I owned prior to this one, has some sort of drag to it so you can feel how much spin you put on it.
Pros: It took a little bit of usage to get use to the shape of the mouse but it is well shaped. Mouse laser tracks well, with on/off switch under mouse.(which could be a con if you forget to turn it off, as I do sometimes) Keyboard is comfortable. comes with Duracell batteries for the mouse and keyboard.
Pros: Very pleased with the battery performance of this keyboard and mouse so far. Been a month and still full bars. I like how the keyboard responds and I already have a similar wired mouse to what comes in this combo pack.
Cons: One egg taken off as my mouse started to squeak when I was clicking after only about two weeks of moderate gaming use. It is only slightly annoying. I am also not a big fan of the low-friction gravity scroll feature, which is toggled by a physical button on the mouse below the scroll wheel.
Excerpt: Amazing touch and feel over the cheaper keyboards. Function commandswork great and are programmable. The only reason this is not 5 stars is I wished the Num Lock stayed on after reboot. If you listen to music while onthe computer this keyboard is for you.
Excerpt: Easy fit , has two different heights for tilting the keyboard. On the mouse you can switch between speed dial and normal dial very easly. The mouse also has a application switch which my other mice never had. Very easy to switch between applications when you have multiple items open.
Excerpt: I like the soft wrist rest area on the keyboard. The keys on the keyboard have a great feel. Each key has a contour to match your fingertips. The display is a nice feature to help indicator when CAPS and NUMERIC keys are on. Plus a large battery power indicator.
