Excerpt: I had to call the store to follow up on the delivery despite being told I'd get an e-mail and I lost my coupon discount in the process of exchanging a wired keyboard for a wireless. All in all, disappointing.
Excerpt: I was a secretary for 40 years and still do a lot of computer work. This keyboard has a terrible feel as I kept hitting other keys. I went and got the MK 320 and just love it and it was much cheaper even. On the plus side, it was easy to set up, and the wireless feature is wonderful. So save your money and get the 320.
Excerpt: I do not like the touch on this keyboard. Every time I press the shift I get something else because the keys are not deep enough. I bought the MK 320 which is even cheaper and I like it a whole lot better. I do not recommend this keyboard if you like to type fast like I do.I got it because the mouse had some features. Turns out I didn't need those features anyway.
Cons: Keys bind resulting in missed letters when typing. Very disappointing for a 100 keyboard. If you are going to be doing a lot of typing (ie school or work related) don't buy this. Buy something like the Microsoft 2000 it types MUCH better for a quarter of the price (I own both)
Summary: To replace this keyboard I ordered something different.
Pros: We have many of these in the office, so apparently people like them. The keyboard is soft.
Cons: I don't understand why people like these so much. One out of 5 has failed. Logitech support was good in the past (2 years ago) for a different product, but today for this keyboard/mouse their automated phone support disconnected me. And their email support claimed this model keyboard didn't exist.
Summary: I won't review the mouse because there's a separate page with reviews for it, but it's a solid mouse. Something to note: In this keyboard combo, the plastic grey ring around the scroll wheel is actually chrome/metal. Got this keyboard about two years ago. Everything still works... but it's not as good as it was when it was new. Pros: Has nice features, direct media keys plus calculator button.
Summary: The mouse has been fine, but I think 2.5 years for the lifetime of a keyboard is too short. I'm not a heavy desktop user, I have only have been using it a lot recently since I went back to school. It did not handle minor wear and tear very well. The keyboard is not dirty and I tried cleaning it with canned air without improving the problem with difficulty pressing the keys.
Pros: Inexpensive, great battery life (have changed the mouse once, never changed the keyboard), mouse is comfortable and flawless, good keyboard hand rest, decent keyboard shape.
Cons: I've owned this combo for about 2.5 years. The keyboard has recently begun getting stuck when typing certain keys. They require very hard presses and make an audible plastic crunching noise. It leads to a lot of typos and slows me down significantly. I think I will have to replace it.
Summary: It is so easy to type on this keyboard and its features are fantastic! I love the mouse, too - I love the way it scrolls and is so quick to respond to minor movements. I would recommend this product above all other keyboard/mouse products offered on the HP website.
Summary: The BIGGEST problem I have with the keyboard is that the letters and numbers are thin decals on the keys and wear off very fast. Otherwise the keyboard would rate an excellent from me for function, features and comfort. I have had problems with the mouse not wanting to highlight, cut and paste etc.
Excerpt: Loved this keyboard and mouse combo. Replacing a well used set whose letters had worn off the keyboard. Love the USB transmitter/receiver. However, returned initial new set because immediately out of the box, the mouse would not accurately track. Replacement set worked great initially. Now 2 weeks after purchase. Experiencing the same problem.
Pros: Comfortable Design, Glides Smoothly, Great Features
