Logitech MK710 Black 7 Function Keys RF Wireless Ergonomic Desktop

John B., Newegg
20 January 2015
  • Pros: Nice keyboard and mouse. Have always bought Logitech products due to the features they have. Love the wireless and side buttons on the mouse.
  • Cons: Called Logitech support, while still under warranty, asked to buy a replacement part. They said no. When I told the tech it was still under warranty. He said, "hmmmm how did it break?" He denied the warranty even though it broke while operating their product correctly, due to a defect in workmans...

NEVER ORDER THIS!!!

Tawna Burnett, Staples
5 September 2014
  • Excerpt: Our accounting department ordered two of these keyboards Almost ALL of the letters and numbers rubbed off. Once we contacted Logitech about replacing them, they INSISTED that we return the defective product before they would replace them.. This procedure took almost three months to complete.

Logitech does not back up it's warranty

James K., Newegg
17 May 2014
  • Summary: Called Logitech and told them about the issue to fix my mouse. The unit arrived sealed and brand new, even with receipt they refuse to warranty a new unit. Kicked-me to the curve for not buying it from Amaxon.com or Newegg.com. Never seen a company that won't support it's own product.
  • Pros: Great Keyboard, not so great mouse.
  • Cons: Mouse jumps around in Windows 8.1, even with new set point and batteries.

Worst Keyboard Ever

rogun, Amazon
6 March 2014
  • Summary: This is quite literally the worst keyboard that I've ever seen. The main problem is that the keys stick and they don't punch easily, making it very difficult to type. I grew up with mechanical keyboards and can type quite fast.

Cheap decals for lettering and numbers

Vermonter, Amazon
12 February 2014
  • Summary: The BIGGEST problem I have with the keyboard is that the letters and numbers are thin decals on the keys and wear off very fast, less than 6 months. I am on my second keyboard and this one has the letters wearing off as well and I am not a heavy typist.

30 January 2014
  • Excerpt: When working in a diagram program the wheel is erratic and does not work with the program. Sent an email to customer support, received email replies but no solution on how to fix the problem. Most likely will scrap this unit since I can't return it and buy a different keyboard.
  • Pros: Comfortable Design, Fast Response, Glides Smoothly, Works On Any Surface
  • Cons: Erratic Window Sizing Wit, Inaccurate Tracking

Not such a great purchase after all

Office Lady, Office Depot
14 January 2014
  • Excerpt: After 6 months' use the lettering began to fall off the keys and the number 5 would get stuck in the down position. Boo-hoo...back to shopping.
  • Cons: Quality, Pricey/Poor Value

cheap made in China

Aron Fox, Amazon
23 December 2013
  • Summary: Chinese made krap for sure. In the first year: Both legs broke off, the caps lock icon seldom appears on my screen, the mouse has many quirky habits, the zoom keys don't work. Other than that it's wonderful.
