Cons: As a long time Logitech fan I've been disappointed with this new version of the 520 series. I have had an S520 combo for several years and it has been excellent. This new version MK520 with the low profile keys and short palm rest just does NOT fit my hands, fingers or touch. The old series had t...
Summary: For those getting the "keyboard not found" error when restarting... place the USB unifier on a USB extension cord. It will work fine then. If you don't have one, try swapping USB ports.
Pros: Keyboard looks great and is very responsive to the touch. Well constructed and sturdy. As for the price, at first it was high, but I went and bought it anyway and then later discovered the "iron egg" guarantee. So... I decided to re-write my rating with 5 eggs thanks to Newegg coming through once...
Cons: It didn't come with the USB extension cord as advertised. I had to use an old (1.0) one I had laying around. I would have put 5 stars had all the parts (I paid for) been in the package. Can someone send me a cord? ? ?
Excerpt: I needed a new keyboard and of course the nicest ones I found came in the combo pack. That is the only reason I bought this set was for the keyboard. It types smooth and effortlessly, but it may not be for everyone if you are used to the old square keys.
Excerpt: I wanted a new wireless keyboard and mouse for my desk. I wanted the keyboard to have a few things that my previous wireless keyboard didn't have such as sound controls, on/off switch, caps lock notification, etc. This keyboard has all of that and is great!!
Excerpt: This keyboard and mouse combo looks good and performs well when it works. Unfortunately oftentimes the keyboard just gets stuck. I press on the keys but nothing happens. If I wait long enough it eventually recovers and I can type again.
Summary: I was very pleased with the key board's size, weight, connectivity, & and overall effectiveness. My only criticism is that the keyboard button that does the same thing as a mouse's right-click button is not located at the bottom of the keyboard.
Summary: for the price I suppose we can't complain (thus 3 stars instead of less). It seems a quality piece of hardware. I just wish they'd either take basic steps to ID/Pair them, or state on the advertisement they are not unique.
Pros: Nice keyboard, ergonomic and well liked by employees. The price is very fair, and overall our impression of the device was good. But we tend to test input devices for 6-8 months before buying more of a device. It's a good thing.
Cons: You cannot use two logitech KB/Mouse combinations in the same space. Unfortunately the set began failing and we found a user in the office next door had begun using a logitech wireless keyboard. This caused havoc this set (KB and mouse but mostly KB) making it unusable. We picked up another at BB...
Excerpt: I was looking for a new keyboard when I saw this at a big savings. I wasn't looking for a wireless keyboard but the sale price was too good to pass up. I thought it was worth a try. I could always return it or give it away.
