Works great but beware, not standard keyboard layout!

mark, Staples
28 March 2016
  • Summary: Works and connected flawlessly but the arrows and 6 pack (Insert, delete, up, down, home, end) are not in standard layout making touch typing strange & difficult. Trying to get used to it, might return.

Didn't last.

22 March 2016
  • Summary: I had this connected to my home theater PC for a little over a month when the receiver stopped working. I have tried the USB dongle in three different computers since then and it does not register on any of the three. The set worked flawlessly up to that point.

NOT for a serious computer user

Thomas N., Newegg
13 March 2016
  • Summary: RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX it never worked consistently. But all problems were intermittent. Very intermittent. As an example, I don't think my girlfriend ever noticed a problem but I don't think it was the kind of thing she'd pay attention to.
  • Pros: Easy setup (Plug and play!), works most of the time, fair battery life (there is some kind of default sleep saving mode of some kind)
  • Cons: Intermittent lag/connection issues Keyboard didn't work when held a certain way (Would stop transmitting until I pointed tilted the keyboard away from me -- did not work well in lap when I was leaning back) Weird placement of the insert/home button cluster but it was something I was able to adjus...

Mouse buttons bad

Anonymous, Newegg
12 January 2016
  • Summary: This AFTER I bought an EXPENSIVE Logitech gaming mouse. Logitech has degraded to the ranks of the cheap odd-name junk you buy from discount markets.
  • Pros: Decent, solid while it lasted.
  • Cons: Main mouse button decided to quit after a year. It decided to double click, or just NOT click intermittently. Not bought from newegg, but that doesnt matter. Its poor quality.

No indicator lights

20 December 2015
  • Summary: The MK320 keyboard doesn't have any indicator lights for the CAPS or NUM lock keys. Makes it difficult to use. I returned mine and bought a different keyboard.

Keyboard & Mouse

Kimberly E., Staples

  • Summary: I find this to be too lightweight. My previous keyboard and mouse had a lot more heft to them. Also, the mouse is very loud whenever you click. Sounds like you're training a dog...

Keep Looking

Matt T., Newegg
5 October 2015
  • Summary: I'm a hardcore Logitech fanboy. I use a G510 keyboard and G500 mouse on my desktop, and the Mx518 is my all-time favorite peripheral. That's why I was so utterly let down by this keyboard/ mouse combo, which my girlfriend and I use on our living room Netflix-binging PC.
  • Pros: Super-long battery life Doesn't break when you drop either the keyboard or the mouse Wireless (also a con)
  • Cons: The mouse is excellent, and can be used from any room in our apartment without a problem, but the keyboard? There's no polite way to say this: it's hot garbage. The crummiest range I've ever seen from a wireless input device. My girlfriend and I both grumble whenever either of us has to type some...

Brian R., Newegg
4 August 2015
  • Pros: Logitech
  • Cons: The receiver was missing! I just spent 30 minutes crawling around on the floor trying to find something that was not included. Annoying!
