Excerpt: I purchased this wireless keyboard to use with my laptop placed on a riser to prevent "vulture neck" while using my computer. in less than 9 months, for not apparent reason, the keyboard just stopped working. Yes, I changed the batteries, rebooted the computer and "reset" it. I took it back to the store to exchange it but, alas, it was beyond the return period so I threw it away and purchased a new one.
Excerpt: THE MOUSE WORKS FINE BUT THE KEYBOARD HAS A PROBLEM KEEPING THE CONNECTION WITH THE USB CONNECTOR. WHEN TYPING SOMETIMES CHARACTERS DO NOT APPEAR BECAUSE OF THE WEAK CONNECTION. SOMETIMES THE KEYBOARD WILL NOT RESPOND AT ALL. I HAVE MOVED THE USB CONNECTOR FROM THE BACK OF A BRAND NEW COMPUTER (DELL) USB SLOT TO THE FRONT AND THE CONNECTION IS NO BETTER . THE COMPUTER IS NEXT TO MY DESK JUST FOUR FEET FROM THE KEYBOARD.
Excerpt: The space bar continuously stops working. Looking at the problem online reveals that it is a common problem with Logitech keyboards. I have had this happen to two Logitech keyboards over the last year. I end up having to plug my USB HP keyboard that came with the computer in so that I can continue working. I probably will be returning this keyboard soon and going with another manufacturer.
Logitech Wireless Desktop MK320 Keyboard and Mouse

Summary: At first I was exciting about this keyboard. It seemed a lot nicer than my old one. Soon after I get it though, it would just randomly stop working, like it was getting switched on and off. Eventually I just put new batteries. That solved it for a while, but it came back. Eventually it got so bad I bought brand new batteries and put them in. Yet the problem still persists. So now there is no doubt that it is just the quality of the keyboard.
Products don't work, and they dont give you your money back

Summary: I bought this cause I really needed to a cordless mouse and keyboard. I followed the instruction when I got it, watched videos because I thought i was doing something wrong because it didn't work. I’m so disappointed because they don't have a number to call, or a direct email, and whatever email they do have, email just came back saying they don't do returns.
Excerpt: I ordered this item to replace my old workhorse MK320 keyboard as I'd finally worked the keyboard to death. Apparently the MK320 has been replaced by the K330 as despite the box saying MK320, it contained what I assume is an updated version. The keyboard's touch was actually a little better. The USB transmitter/receiver is now the size of your thumbnail, perhaps the size is the problem. After not quite a week the unit died.
